I have completed at least 8 pages and they are
Kathandrax
Rragars
Frostmaw
sepulchre
bogroot
Shards of oor
Oola's lab
Fronis Irontoes lair

But the vanguard officer doesn't accept it, he says that not even half the pages are filled

I think you need at least 9 pages filled to turn it in.

This. Cause you need 50% of the book, the dungeon guide has 18 pages, instead of the 16 of the hero's handbook.

Yep, 9 pages need to be filled. But i'd recommend finishing as much dungeons as possible ^^ Which is pretty easy and rewarding, 'cause alot of Zaishen Bounties take place there. Meaning there are alot of players to catch up with.
